NABZLAB PRIVACY NOTICE · DRAFT FOR PILOT
Privacy begins with purpose
This notice describes the current NabzLab pilot surfaces. It will be reviewed for each launch jurisdiction before public clinical deployment.
Account data
We use the email address or phone number you provide to identify and secure your account. Passwords are stored only as one-way password hashes. Google account data will be limited to identity fields needed for sign-in when Google login is enabled.
Voice and health information
Recording requires visible user action and purpose-specific consent. Health information is not used for advertising, credit, employment, or insurance decisions. Clinical sharing must be explicit, role-specific, and revocable.
Your choices
You may review, correct, export, revoke sharing, and request deletion subject to applicable safety and legal retention duties. Pilot requests can be sent to privacy@nabzlab.com.
Current boundaries
Nabz One is a research concept, not a certified emergency-monitoring service. NabzLab does not sell personal health information and does not put raw voice or health records on public blockchains.
