A careful agreement for an early product
These draft terms describe prototype access and are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific clinical, consumer, or institutional agreements.
Pilot service
NabzLab features may change, pause, or remain unavailable while they are tested. Prototype status and evidence boundaries are shown throughout the product.
Medical boundary
The current product does not diagnose, treat, or provide emergency response. Suspected stroke, heart attack, or other urgent symptoms require immediate local emergency assistance.
Account responsibility
Keep account credentials and connected devices secure. Wallet connection is optional and never gives NabzLab custody or authority to sign transactions.
Acceptable use
Do not record people without lawful consent, interfere with services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the pilot to make automated high-impact decisions about another person.
